designed to deliver. This ceiling-suspended unit delivers enough

adjusted jumbo swing louvers direct the airflow left or right,

Sanyo developed
a "Ductless Split System" air conditioner in 1961. They have since
been joined by Mitsubishi, Samsung and Multi-Aqua. These systems are
ideal in situations where zoned cooling is desired, or where running
ductwork is not possible. In a Sanyo Ductless Split System, the
Freon condenser is mounted outdoors. The indoor units (evaporators)
are mounted on a wall or the ceiling in each of the rooms to be
cooled. They are connected to the condenser by small copper tubes
which easily fit through most wall cavities. In a Multi-Aqua Split
System, water is provided to the indoor air handlers by a chiller
installed outside. Air handlers and chiller are connected by small

A heat
pump is an all-in-one cooling and heating system. During summer months, it works
like an air conditioner. It extracts heat from inside your home and transfers it
to the outdoor air. When the weather's cooler, it does the exact opposite,
taking heat from outside and moving it inside. For optimal comfort and
efficiency, a heat pump can be combined with a gas furnace in one dual-fuel
system. Split
system:
Refrigeration system where the refrigerant is piped from one part to another,
such as residential heat pump or a/c system.
Packaged or self-contained:
Refrigeration system where everything including the air moving hardware is kept
in one box, such as a window air conditioner or a roof-top unit.
Forced air:
heating and or cooling system that connects to the conditioned space with
